Painter, author, teacher, poet, graphic artist, Ben Wolf was also a generous supporter of Library Publications through his many gifts of art work that have handsomely graced our greeting cards for decades. During World War II, he was a combat artist for the Coast Guard. He created illustrations for Life magazine, Art Digest, and National Observer. His special subjects were the beauties of Maine: its flowers, forests, coves, and seaside vistas. Ben's memory lives on in these beautiful cards.
